Private yoga sessions are the perfect learning environment. Private classes can focus on posture alignment, modifications and can help you develop a balanced home practice.
Private yoga classes can also give the experienced student time to learn about yoga philosophy or other aspects of interest, such as meditation and breathing practices.
**Private lessons don’t have to be just for an individual; they can be designed for a couples yoga practice, or even a group yoga lesson for a special occasion!
Vinyasa style yoga brings breath and movement together. In a vinyasa class students will build strength, flexibility and concentration on the breath. This style of yoga is for all levels, and can be as powerful or as passive as you need.
Yin style yoga is a slow paced class in which each pose is held for about 3 minutes. This practice is great for beginners as well as for more advanced yogis looking for a deeper, static stretch.
